All products purchased from us include a standard 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
In some cases, the warranty period may be extended for an additional 12 months when you subscribe to our newsletter. Full details of any extended warranty offer will be provided at the time of subscription.
If a warranty claim is made, the product may need to be returned for inspection or testing to determine the nature of the issue.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not of acceptable quality, please contact us promptly so we can assist you with a resolution.
Consumer Guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Canadian consumer protection laws. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Warranty Exclusions

- Lack of reasonable maintenance
- Natural disasters or external causes
- Modifications, alterations, or repairs performed by unauthorised persons
Warranty coverage does not apply to items that are resold or rented for commercial profit.
Assessment Process
Until the nature of any reported fault is confirmed, the resolution offered may vary. Where required, items may need to be returned for assessment.
If a returned item is found not to be defective, the item will be returned to the customer. Return shipping costs may apply in such cases.
