Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. For high-value items, delivery to PO Box addresses is not recommended. Providing a valid phone number at checkout helps ensure smooth delivery.

Under normal conditions, delivery takes approximately 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Deliveries to remote areas may require additional time.
