Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, orders will be considered final and we will be unable to accept return, exchange, or delivery error claims.
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team first. Once your request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions. All returns must be authorised and processed through Customer Service.
Please do not send items back without prior approval. Unauthorised returns may not be identifiable and may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs may apply depending on the reason for return. Orders cancelled while in transit are subject to the same return process.
